Version: 23 September 2026. These terms describe the paid listing service ("Listing") on toolsplorer.com, operated by convecom GmbH, Wallweg 2a, 36043 Fulda, Germany ("Toolsplorer", "we"). The purchase is processed by Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31134 Hildesheim, Germany, acting as reseller (seller of record). Digistore24's terms of purchase, invoice and refund handling apply to the payment; these Listing Terms describe the service we deliver.
1. What the Listing includes
For a one-time fee (currently 149 USD) we research, write and publish an editorial review page of your software tool in English and German on toolsplorer.com. The Listing includes a composite score derived from independent third-party signals, placement in the relevant category, alternatives and comparison pages, inclusion of your public pricing page in our monthly price tracking (SaaS Pricing Index), and a link to your website. We publish within 7 business days after we have received your complete details through the intake form. You receive the link to the published review by email.
2. Editorial independence
The score is computed from the same signals for every tool in the directory and cannot be purchased, changed or influenced. The review is written by us and may name limitations and weaknesses as well as strengths. You may correct factual errors (for example pricing, features, company details) at any time free of charge; we decide on the wording. A Listing does not entitle you to a particular score, ranking, wording, position or amount of traffic.
3. Links
Links from the Listing to your website, including any affiliate or partner link you provide, are marked with rel="sponsored nofollow" in accordance with Google's guidelines for paid placements. We do not sell followed links and make no promises regarding search engine rankings.
4. Eligibility, declining and refund
We list software and SaaS products with a working public website. We may decline a tool, in particular in the case of gambling, adult content, scams, multi-level marketing, products that are not software, unreachable or non-functional websites, duplicate entries or content that violates applicable law. If we decline your tool, we inform you by email within 7 business days after receiving your details, and you receive the full amount back through Digistore24. If we do not receive your intake details within 60 days after payment, we may close the order and refund it.
5. Your obligations
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are entitled to submit the tool, its name, logo and descriptions, and that the product and its marketing comply with applicable law. You keep us informed about material changes such as discontinuation, rebranding or pricing changes.
6. Duration, changes and removal
The Listing stays online for as long as toolsplorer.com operates; there is no renewal fee. We may update the review at any time, for example after pricing changes or new research. We may archive or remove a Listing if the product is discontinued, if information provided turns out to be false, or if the product no longer meets the eligibility criteria in section 4. Once the review has been published, the service is delivered and no refund is owed, unless we decide otherwise at our discretion.
7. Consumers
The Listing is aimed at businesses. If you purchase as a consumer, statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, remain unaffected; Digistore24 informs you about them during checkout.
8. Liability and applicable law
We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, and we are not liable for business results such as sales, sign-ups or traffic. German law applies.
