What Is replient.ai?

replient.ai is an AI tool for moderating and answering comments and reviews. It comes from replient.ai Software GmbH in Austria and has been on the market since late 2023. It covers eight channels: comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube, plus reviews on Google, the Apple App Store and Google Play. Comments under paid ads on Meta and TikTok are included, which matters most to brands with a large ad budget.

replient.ai is not a helpdesk. It has no ticket system and no live chat for your website. Its job is the public conversation under posts, ads and reviews, and from the Pro plan also Instagram and Facebook direct messages.

How It Works

After you connect your channels, replient.ai reads your website and your past replies to learn your tone and product details. Every incoming comment is then sorted by sentiment and tagged with topics such as "Question" or "Complaint". From there it takes one of two routes:

• Automation rules: Rules triggered by keywords, sentiment or content hide, like, answer or tag a comment without anyone stepping in. You can add a waiting period in which the action can still be cancelled. More than 55 templates cover jobs such as hiding spam, answering FAQs and notifying your team about leads.
• Inbox: Otherwise the comment lands in the inbox with three AI reply suggestions, which you edit or send with one click.

Hiding works on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, liking also on LinkedIn. Bulk actions reply to, like or hide hundreds of comments by tag or keyword at once, and replies can go out in several languages.

The Pro plan adds a DM inbox, a visual flow builder for DM automations and comment-to-DM campaigns, custom instructions, custom tags and a contacts CRM. Business adds handling-time analytics, post content analysis, short links on your own domain and priority support.

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Every plan includes all channels, and the 14-day trial needs no credit card.

replient.ai bills in credits, not by comment count. Processing a comment (sentiment and tags) costs 0.1 credit, a comment with an AI reply draft costs 1 credit, and so does an AI reply to a DM. Automation steps without AI, sent DMs, manual actions and liking, hiding or deleting are free. A comment handled entirely by automation therefore costs 0.1 credit, so the 4,000 credits in Pro cover up to 40,000 of them. When the credits run out, only processing pauses, and comments keep coming in.

Plan credits renew every month. Pro scales up to 16,000 credits and Business up to 50,000, which is why their prices read "from". One-time credit packs start at €29 for 1,000 credits and stay valid for 12 months. Extra brands and team seats cost €15 per month each from the Pro plan, and paying yearly saves up to 10%.

Who It Suits

replient.ai fits e-commerce and D2C brands with many comments under their ads, agencies that look after several brands, and app publishers who want to answer store reviews alongside social comments. The vendor names SNOCKS as a reference: more than 300 comments a day, replies in under an hour and half a full-time position saved.

With only a few comments a week, manual replies are usually enough, and there is no free plan. replient.ai does not publish or schedule posts either, so you need a tool like Buffer or Publer alongside it. Sensitive complaints are still better answered by a person.
